Terms of Sale
Submitting an offer is an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A sale is only agreed once both parties confirm the final price and terms in writing.
Offers may be accepted, declined or countered at the seller's discretion. The seller may withdraw the domain from sale at any time before an agreement is concluded.
Payment is made through a mutually agreed escrow service. The domain is transferred to the buyer's registrar account once funds are confirmed by escrow.
Transfer fees, escrow fees and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The domain is sold as-is. The buyer is responsible for confirming that their intended use does not infringe any third-party trademark.
